Incredible experience. Had a leak coming from under the slab. Called on Saturday (after calling multiple other plumbers who had terrible customer service) and they came out first thing Monday morning. Diagnosed the issue in under an hour and resolved the issue + replaced the hot water heater on the same day. My garage was in rough shape (home is under remodeling and it became a catch-all). Billy was more than kind enough to clear himself a safe workspace (honestly, he organized my garage). Every aspect of working with this company was incredible. Will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone. Family owned and operated, don't give these large companies with no humans your money. 10/10

Billy and his team were wonderful. Billy identified the problem and a solution and corrected my water line leak quickly. When another unrelated issue occurred before the original work could even be inspected, he took care of that issue as well. When the trench was filled in, the men actually replaced the sod very carefully, nearly restoring the lawn to exactly as it was. Outstanding service, quality, and value from everyone at On Point Plumbing! Our initial visit was with Clint, who was able to quickly diagnose a slab leak issue and thoroughly explain what the issue was and how it would be repaired. Clint arrived early and on time the next day ready to begin work and was committed to staying on site until the job was finished. Additional help arrived later on to work on the repair and everyone else was also professional and well-trained in their trade. Although this is a smaller, family-owned company, I felt that “less is more” applied here as we were able to have the team’s full attention and availability to our plumbing repair. Most importantly, their pricing is fair and honest. I did not feel like I was being upsold to anything we didn’t need. Read the other reviews on their page. Provided quick service when the refrigerator line sprang a leak in the attic during a freeze. Clinton was very helpful and everyone was professional. Clinton came out a second time to track down a leak, which turned out to be a slow drip from an outdoor valve. Easy fix, but he was extremely thorough in checking EVERYTHING. Funny thing is that some other plumbers came out the day before and couldn't locate the problem and that is because they were not thorough. They were inept. Not Clinton! I was losing sleep thinking we might have a slab leak. Clinton made my day! Very helpful and friendly office staff too.

I had a leaking ceiling over quite a large area late January. I scheduled an appointment with On Point Plumbing after doing much research. Clinton troubleshooted and identified the cause was from the shower drain on the second floor. He walked me through pros and cons of 2 different solutions to help me to make an informed decision. Clinton came back next time with Nick and Jerry as they needed to cut through the sheetrock and worked from the top and the bottom. I was very impressed with their punctuality, cleanliness, respect, transparency, and professionalism. One part of the shower drain was defective; they purchased a similar part from another local vendor; unfortunately, it was not a perfect fit. My house was 22 years old and the part was outdated and discontinued. Clinton came back the third time and said that Nick was able to find the part that was an exact match. I was so thrilled. Clinton finally put that in and completed the job perfectly. In summary, On Point Plumbing provided me the best customer service, high quality workmanship at a very reasonable pricing with undivided attention. Their professionalism is exemplary and I highly recommend them.
